Our Consultation Process

I. Pre-Diagnosis
1. Brief Orientation on Company profile, culture, mission, vision, objectives, and current operations.
2. Discussion of issues and major symptoms. (usually half-day)
3. Submission of proposal.

II. Diagnosis
1. Interviews with different functions to clarify issues and define core problems.
2. First part involves discussion with employees and on-site visits to production facilities and warehouses. (usually two days)
3. Second part involves fieldwork/field visits with the sales force, and meetings with big and small customers nationwide. (usually 1 to 2 weeks)
4. Submission of diagnostic report with recommendations.

III. Implementation
1. Execution of proposed interventions - i.e. trainings, seminars, etc.
2. Agreement of key performance measures to be used in monitoring results versus established work targets/objectives.

IV. Monitoring
1. Follow-up to ensure continuity of successful efforts.
2. Checkpoint to evaluate work.
